Hello food lover! I’m Lida, a Greek cuisine & wine expert passionate about Mediterranean dining culture.

As a trained chef, sommelier & food anthropologist, I host cooking classes, various tastings & pop-up dinners. I also plan and host food traveling experiences in Athens, Crete, and Ikaria.

I have 11 years of work experience in the food & wine sector. Since September 2018 I have been organising cooking classes (in person & online), wine tastings and pop-up dinner experiences.

I trained at Le Monde institute in Athens, Greece and worked in professional kitchens in Greece and London. While in London I worked at the Sketch, in Mayfair.

I have also been writing and developing recipes and working at Borough Market for five years.

Currently working for Diane Kochilas

My main role is Diane’s assistant but I’m also a cooking assistant to her Ikaria cooking school and I run her Athens walking tours.
